Terms and Conditions — Your Agreement with the 777sd Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 777sd — whether through the website at 777sd.win, through the mobile app, or any other interface we provide — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users, including registered members and visitors who browse the site without an account.

These terms are in addition to any specific rules that apply to individual products on 777sd, such as the Sports Betting Rules, Fish Games rules or Live Casino terms. Where specific product rules conflict with these general terms, the specific rules apply to that product category.

777sd reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users through the platform. Continued use of 777sd after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2Eligibility and Registration

To create an account and use 777sd you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old. 777sd is strictly an adult platform. If we have reason to believe a user is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and any balance held pending identity verification.
• One account per person: Each person may hold only one active 777sd account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
• Accurate information: All registration details you provide — name, date of birth, contact information — must be accurate and kept current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Personal use: Your account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account on your behalf.
• Not self-excluded: You may not register or reopen an account while a self-exclusion is active on 777sd.

777sd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Accounts may be temporarily restricted pending verification. This is a standard process and applies to all users — it is not an indication that your account is under investigation for misconduct.

3Account Rules

Your 777sd account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs on your account. Key account obligations include:

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone, including 777sd staff. We will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 777sd support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Keep your registered mobile number and contact details up to date so that security alerts and account communications reach you.
• Do not transfer funds between 777sd accounts. Transferring funds to other users, whether as a gift or in exchange for anything, is prohibited.

777sd is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 777sd are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage — your wallet holds PKR and all bets, winnings and withdrawals are processed in PKR.

Deposits: 777sd supports the following deposit methods for Pakistan users: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other mobile wallets. Deposits are credited to your wallet after successful payment confirmation, typically within 60 seconds for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions. Bank transfer timings depend on the sending institution.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method linked to your account. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of request. Withdrawal processing times vary by method. 777sd does not charge a withdrawal fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• Deposits must be funded from accounts or wallets that belong to you. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for first withdrawals or large amounts.
• Funds in your 777sd wallet may not be used for any purpose other than placing bets or playing games on the platform.
• 777sd reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or policy violation.

5Betting Rules

Bets placed on 777sd Sports are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are detailed within the Sports section of the platform.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification and it appears under My Bets. Bets in progress during a connection interruption are not confirmed until the platform records the acceptance.
• Odds at time of bet: The odds at which your bet is accepted are the odds displayed on your bet slip at the moment of confirmation. Subsequent changes in odds do not affect confirmed bets.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets. These are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Live betting: In-play markets on Cricket, PSL, Football and Esports may suspend briefly around key events such as wickets, goals or timeouts. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be accepted at the next available price after the market reopens, or cancelled if the market closes.
• Errors: 777sd reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — for example, odds that were published due to a technical error and are materially different from the true market price. In such cases the bet is voided and the stake returned to your wallet.

6Bet Settlement

Bets are settled as soon as the official result of the relevant event is confirmed. For Cricket and PSL matches, 777sd uses official match data from the governing body as the basis for settlement. For Football, the result at the end of normal time (90 minutes plus injury time) is used unless the market specifically states otherwise.

• Abandoned matches: If a Cricket match is abandoned before a result is possible under the applicable playing conditions, all bets on that match are voided and stakes returned.
• Reduced-over matches: If a PSL or T20 match is reduced in overs due to weather or other interruptions, settlement is based on the official result under the revised playing conditions. Markets that cannot be fairly settled under reduced overs will be voided.
• Postponed events: If an event is postponed and does not take place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets on that event are voided unless 777sd has published a specific rule for that competition stating otherwise.
• Dispute window: If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with 777sd support within 30 days of the settlement date. Disputes raised after this window will not be accepted.

Winnings from settled bets are credited to your real-money wallet balance immediately upon settlement. No action is required from your side — the funds are available for withdrawal or further betting as soon as settlement completes.

7Bonuses and Promotions

777sd offers bonuses and promotional rewards to new and existing users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each individual offer, in addition to these general bonus rules.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the offer) that must be wagered before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus-linked balance. The wagering requirement and eligible markets are stated on each offer.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated time limit will expire and be removed from your account. No compensation is offered for expired bonuses.
• One bonus per promotion: Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one participation per account, household or device. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once is a violation of these terms.
• Withdrawal restriction: If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active in your account and wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited. Your deposited real-money balance remains withdrawable.
• Modification or cancellation: 777sd reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform before they take effect where reasonably practicable.

8Responsible Gaming

777sd is an adult entertainment platform and is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools to help every user manage their betting activity. These tools are available in account settings and can also be configured with help from the support team:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount. Once a deposit limit is active, it takes effect immediately for reductions. Increases to a deposit limit take 24 hours to apply.
• Session timers: Set a maximum session length. You will receive a notification when your session reaches the limit you have set.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or indefinite break from 777sd. During a self-exclusion period your account is suspended and you cannot access the platform, receive promotional communications or create a new account.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 777sd. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent ban from the platform:

• Creating more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical means to place bets or interact with the platform in a way not permitted through the standard interface.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes or software bugs for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate bet outcomes, market prices or promotional rewards.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age or identity during verification.
• Using a 777sd account to process funds on behalf of a third party (money laundering or payment layering).
• Any attempt to manipulate or interfere with sporting events on which bets are active on 777sd.
• Verbal abuse, threats or harassment directed at 777sd staff or other users through any platform channel.

10Suspension and Closure

777sd may suspend or close your account at any time. Common reasons include:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or abuse of promotional offers.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be marked inactive. 777sd will attempt to contact you before any action is taken on an inactive account.
• At your own request — you can request account closure at any time by contacting support.

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balance that was deposited in good faith and is not subject to a pending investigation will be returned to you via your registered payment method after the case is reviewed.

If your account is suspended and you believe the suspension was applied in error, contact 777sd support with the relevant details. We will review the case and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

11Limitation of Liability

777sd provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to ensure the platform is available and functioning at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. 777sd is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from platform downtime, delays in bet acceptance or settlement errors caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, payment provider issues or data feed failures.
• Losses resulting from your use of an unsecured device or network to access your account.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind arising from use of the 777sd platform.

Nothing in these terms limits 777sd's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. Our total liability to you in any calendar month shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 777sd account during that month.

12Changes to These Terms

777sd may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you through the platform — via an on-screen notice when you next log in, or by a message to your registered contact. The revised terms will display the updated date at the top of this page.

If you continue to use 777sd after the revised terms are published, you are deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account and return of any available real-money balance.
